Spending Money on Yourself can be Tough but NEEDED. I want to take a moment to breakdown how the fees work for the high quality supportive care or professional development you will receive.
Wellness Services & Insurance Verification Intake Sessions:
In-Office or TeleHealth
These appointments are required for new clients to assess service needs and to complete verification of client’s insurance plan coverage, before we bill your insurance company for our services.
Two 55 minute sessions $370
**This fee includes two 55 minute meetings with a highly qualified member of our team to go through the intake process to learn more about what services are needed, what we can offer and organize the beginning phase of your services plan.
**This fee also includes the usage of our insurance plan coverage verification team to ensure our clients know what their plan does and does not cover for our services and we can have a plan for fees and billing.
**This fee will be paid out-of-pocket and MAY be covered by your insurance depending on your plan.

Court Involved Therapy Services*:
*Due to the dynamics of Court Involved Therapy and the Fee Splitting we do not use insurance to cover the costs of these services.

School Based Services Assessment~Coordination~Collaboration Sessions:
In-Office or TeleHealth for up to 2 individuals at each session
Examples: IEP-504-SARB-Suspension/Expulsions-Teen Parents-Substance Use

**These fees above include meetings with a highly qualified member of our team to go through the intake process to learn more about what services are needed, what we can offer and organize the different phases of your services plan and how we are going to collaborate with your family, your child's school and/or your child’s school district.
Birth & Postpartum Doula Services and Childbirth Education Workshops:
Birth Doula Services: $1500-$2000
Postpartum Doula Services: $1000/15 hour minimum and then $45 per hour for additional time
Combination of Birth and Postpartum Doula Services: $2500 including 15 hour postpartum minimum and then $45 per hour for additional time
Childbirth Workshops are $575-$650 for two people or $288-$325 for one person.
Trainings & Consultation for Businesses, Non-Profits & Institutions
Trainings are customizable with content and length (minimum 2 hours) $200 per hour for prep and training time. Does not included training supply costs or travel/lodging.
Consultation are customizable with content and length (minimum 1 hour) $175 per hour for prep and meeting time. Does not included meeting supply costs or travel/lodging.
