Professional Style

I believe that therapy and healing work best when paired with creativity and connection. My professional style is to combine presence and listening with directive, experiential and creative interventions that stem from my experience in theater and in the arts. In my work with neurodivergent, as well as typically developing people, I have always drawn heavily on my background in writing, theater, and music.

My goal is to help clients move through feeling stuck, using creative modalities that can be fun, engaging and shift perspective.

Whether working with typically developing or neurodivergent people, my work uses creativity, deep listening, and presence to explore issues my clients face, adding to the tapestry of their story.
