Professional Profile

I am a social worker, therapist, and healer specializing in a multitude of areas: working with harm reduction drug and alcohol (addiction) recovery, 12-step programs, Red Road/Wellbriety, domestic violence/sexual assault/childhood abuse recovery, teen parents, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Veterans and survivors exposed to all types of traumas, emotional addiction, anxiety, depression, sexual issues/deviance, intergenerational trauma, healing from cult/victims of abuse, healing from narcissistic relationships, divorce/blended family dynamics. I bring an extensive background in both evidence-based and culturally rooted traditional healing to restore health and well-being. I strive to support my clients in creating healthy boundaries, repairing parent-child trauma bonds, and client empowerment in all capacities as we integrate our experiences striving to become happy, joyous, and free!

2000 - Began career in social services/counseling

2008 - I graduated from Sonoma State University with Magna Cum Laude Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a passion for Native American Studies & Gerontology. 

2012 - I was a full-ride Title IV-E Scholarship Recipient at UC Berkeley, earning my Masters in Social Welfare (MSW) and my Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC)
